Marie came to our house to clear my son’s ears. She explained everything in great detail and made sure my son felt comfortable throughout the procedure. Marie is very personable and her services are reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Came to see my daughter who had been struggling with hearing and had had a previous bad experience at the GP with earwax removal. Marie was so lovely with her. Kind, caring and explained everything. I would highly recommend Marie. I had two appointments with an optician as I had an earwax buildup and wasn’t able to hear in one ear, however, they did not fix the problem. I called Marie out of desperation and she solved it in 10 minutes flat. What an amazingly friendly person as well. You will enjoy the appointment and be educated at the same time as well as being able to hear at the end of it.!!

Marie was so patient and very determined as I had such a build up of wax she couldn’t remove it the first time, despite trying for a long time. She advised me to use olive oil for a few days and came back again and out it came! It didn’t hurt at all and now my ears feel clear again. So kind and reassuring as well as informative. Marie came to see me because my hearing had become somewhat muffled towards the end of the day.

After being advised to oil ears for 5 days, Marie looked in my ears and they were clear of earwax, she then showed me this on the camera she had, and so I didn’t have to have any procedure done unnecessarily (although I was somewhat disappointed, ha ha).

She was really knowledgeable and took hygeine seriously. I would absolutely recommend her service to anyone. On her recommendation I will ask my doctor to refer me to audiology too. Thanks Marie.

I told Marie that I was unable to hear in one ear so she fitted me in quickly to have a look. Marie was careful and gentle and could see straight away that it was a problem that she would be able to help me with. My ears felt so much better and Marie explained that it would take a little while to get used to being able to hear again.

I had issues with pain in my ears for months, especially after swimming. Marie recommended irrigation, and explained the benefits and the process in detail. She was very reassuring. The process took less than 10 minutes and was totally painless, just felt like being underwater for a few seconds. Immediately I could hear noticeably more, which was amazing. I’ve been swimming a few times since and no pain afterwards, so I’m convinced it’s fixed it! Thank you Marie!

I was recommended to Marie and I in turn would recommend. Marie checked my ears with her snazzy camera so I could see the problem myself . Four days later after oiling my ears Marie came to my home and 123……wax was removed and I could hear!! She is also really nice and personable.

I’ve had my ears done elsewhere before but having Marie come to me saved me a lot of time and expense. Marie arrived on time and was very professional in her approach. She thoroughly examined my ears, and showed me the pictures of the wax in my ears. She offered to use irrigation or micro suction to clear the wax, explaining the advantages and disadvantages of both. In my case we opted for the irrigation. Everything went as planned and I have clean ears again. I was very impressed and couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Marie visited us at home and checked both my wife’s and my ears. She showed us images from inside our ears. She was friendly, reassuring and thoroughly professional throughout. We both highly recommend her
